The No. 10 Arkansas Razorbacks women’s soccer team will take on Loyola Maryland in its first road match of the season on Friday. The contest is set to kick off at 5 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN+.

This marks Loyola Maryland’s first matchup against a Southeastern Conference (SEC) opponent since 2005, when the Greyhounds fell to Florida in a 2-0 defeat. Arkansas enters this game seeking a recovery after losing its season opener to Baylor, 4-1, on Wednesday. That match saw eight Razorbacks making their first appearance for the team, with seven players debuting at the collegiate level.

Looking ahead, the Razorbacks are set to face a challenging schedule that includes five ranked opponents: No. 8 North Carolina, No. 16 LSU, No. 19 Georgia, No. 24 Tennessee, and No. 25 Clemson. This season marks the seventh consecutive year that Arkansas has been ranked within the top two spots of the SEC preseason poll.
