The Spring River Community Chorus is calling for new singers to join its ranks as it makes adjustments to its rehearsal schedule. Co-director Becky Thurman expressed hope that the new practice time will better accommodate individuals whose school or work commitments may have previously prevented participation.
Rehearsals will now take place at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays at the First Baptist Church of Hardy, located near the stoplight by McDonald’s in Hardy. The group invites both adults and students to participate, emphasizing that age is not a barrier to joining.
