The Izard County Sheriff's Department has reported several arrests this week, with charges spanning a variety of offenses.
Evans Elms, 84, of Melbourne, was arrested for allegedly violating a protection order. Timothy Strain, 46, of Cave City, was taken into custody on charges of breaking or entering, criminal mischief, and theft of property.
Zachary Clair, 23, of Waldron, was arrested for probation violations stemming from the Izard County Circuit Court. Mollie Tolle, 39, of Searcy, was detained on charges of third-degree domestic battery.
Additionally, Richard Beaver, 52, of Oxford, was arrested for refusing to submit to a chemical test.
The cases were handled by deputies from the Izard County Sheriff's Department and involved violations under Arkansas law. No further details were immediately available.
