A Salesville man has been charged with unlawfully distributing sexual images of his girlfriend, including to his own father, according to police.
Jesse Edward Foster Jr., 26, is facing a misdemeanor charge for the alleged incident, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Mountain Home Police Department.
The investigation began after the victim reported that Foster had sent nude photos of her to individuals in his contacts. According to the affidavit, the victim was with Foster’s father when he received the images and showed them to her.
Foster was reportedly on the victim’s cell phone plan at the time of the incident. In response, she canceled his account to prevent him from sending additional photos, the affidavit states.
Foster has been charged with one count of unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings, a misdemeanor under Arkansas law. He was released from custody after posting a $1,500 bond.
