A Walnut Ridge resident has been arrested in connection with the burglary of a local pawn shop earlier this month.
Cody Wayne Foster was taken into custody by Walnut Ridge Police and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center, authorities confirmed. The charges against him include commercial burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, and theft of property.
The charges arise from an investigation into an August 4 break-in at Russell’s Pawn Shop in Walnut Ridge. No details about stolen items or potential accomplices have been released.
Foster remains in custody at the Lawrence County Detention Center, where he is awaiting a bond hearing and a scheduled court appearance.
