Sharp County authorities have arrested Wade Sparks, 42, of Evening Shade, after responding to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence outside the town.
Deputies received a call alleging that a man was attacking family members at the location. Sparks was taken into custody and faces charges of third-degree domestic battery and aggravated assault.
According to officials, Sparks is classified as a habitual offender. Details surrounding the incident and the conditions of those involved were not immediately released.
