Military members and first responders will be honored during a special appreciation night at Mountain Home High School’s football game on Monday, Aug. 28. The Bombers will face the Cardinals, with festivities aimed at recognizing the contributions of service members and emergency personnel.
The evening begins with a complimentary dinner for those being honored and one guest per person at 6 p.m., followed by the game at 7 p.m. Past and present members of the military, along with firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical personnel, are invited to attend.
Participants need to reserve their spot for the dinner by Friday, Aug. 14. Additionally, attendees will receive a free T-shirt with their registration. T-shirts are also available for purchase by others, and orders must be placed by the same deadline. Registration for the dinner and T-shirt purchases can be completed online through the high school football page at highschool.mhbombers.com/o/mhhs/page/football.
The school is also seeking photos of military members and first responders for a slideshow to be displayed during the halftime program. Submissions should be emailed to slind@mhbombers.com by Friday, Aug. 14.
