The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released details of its weekly arrests, according to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson. The report covers the week of August 3 through August 10 and lists individuals charged with a variety of offenses.
David Adam, 50, of Evening Shade, was charged with violation of a protection order and rape. Kelly Jackson, 45, of Cherokee Village, was arrested on allegations of delivering methamphetamine or cocaine in quantities greater than 2 grams but less than 10 grams and maintaining a drug premises.
Amber Albright, 46, of Camp, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and failure to maintain taillights. Tonya Pospisil, 46, of Hardy, also faces a first-offense DWI charge, along with allegations of reckless driving and not possessing her driver’s license while operating a vehicle. Zachary Beard, 25, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear in court on a speeding charge.
In Cave City, Peteronilo Castro, 28, was taken into custody for operating a vehicle without a driver’s license. James Fitzpatrick, 56, of Southside, was charged with failure to appear on a speeding violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Meanwhile, Andrew Macey, 24, of Batesville, was also arrested for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving with an expired license.
Patrick Glasscock, 31, of an unidentified location in Arkansas, was arrested on a harassment charge. Cameron Rowray, 20, of Yellville, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. Wade Sparks, 42, of Evening Shade, faces multiple allegations, including following too closely, domestic battering in the third degree, reckless driving, aggravated assault, and being classified as a habitual offender.
