The Mountain Home Planning Commission is set to convene Monday at 1 p.m. in the council chambers of the Municipal Building. Two rezoning requests are on the agenda for review during the meeting.
The first proposal seeks to rezone properties located at 304, 306, 308, and 310 Nevada Avenue from Residential R-1 to Residential R-1-A. According to the meeting documentation, the request is submitted by JCT Ventures LLC, with Ted Sanders slated to present the case.
The second request involves rezoning Park West Apartments from C-3 Commercial to R-4 Residential. This proposal is presented by ACE-CO Investments LLC.
